My aged camera had recently started giving me grief (specifically, on a trip to Scotland it jammed, then it wouldn't rewind, and I ended up in a binbag trying to extract the film without all the dark leaking out), so I invested in one of those newfangled APS things. I tried it out on IJDIV, and the pictures document the evening quite adequately.
That was in 1998. Although it was the last of the annual IJDs, IJDIV was not the end of the story...
